They never said how long the process…

They never said how long the process would take, it was all under the pretence of immediate access, they also didn’t say when you try to find another account they will charge you, in the end I lost nearly £150 with them and they haven’t responded to my request for a full refund. I would avoid them.

Edit: they gave me a full refund, customer services have been helpful so I will update my review.

It’s a scam service

It’s a scam service!

Offers a 1 month subscription but doesn’t deliver service within the month, and only informs you after payment that it’ll take more than a month to retrieve data and will offer another month for free. Obscures material information that’ll influence buying decisions. Wrote in to ask for a refund as I didn’t agree to the timelines, but was refused this request despite having valid grounds, and customer service was not helpful.

I’d like my refund to be processed as with the case of other customers in this thread who have complained about the same issues.

They will get your card blocked and then ignore you

I had a very negative experience with this service.

After paying for a subscription, the service attempted to charge my card again, and for a higher amount than the subscription price, which resulted in my bank card being blocked. This is completely unacceptable.

When I requested a subscription cancellation and a refund, I clearly stated only one reason: I wanted to cancel the subscription and get my money back. I was well within the 14-day refund period, exercising my legal right to a refund.

Instead of processing my request, customer support replied with a promotional offer to continue the subscription for free and sent me a list of reasons why a subscription supposedly cannot be canceled. I replied again, explaining that I was not asking for special treatment — I simply wanted to use my right to a refund within 14 days.

After that, despite their claims of “non-stop support,” they completely ignored me and my request.

From a user’s perspective, I do not recommend this service.

Two months have passed with no results

Two months have passed with no results. In the early weeks they will email you regularly to be patient and that their team is prioritizing you. They may even offer you additional services. However, what value are additional services if they will never be rendered? Do not give your money to this "company" for their services. If you already have, I would get a new credit card and hopefully you have not given them much of your information. After the first month, they stopped sending "update" emails to please wait as their team of hackers crack instagram's new algorithms. What might be more valuable is to look in the mirror and ask yourself why you need this service and how you can move on in healthier ways. Or... just make a dummy acct and follow the private acct you want to see and hope they accept. Thanks Peekviewer/uMobix for the wake up call. THIS SERVICE DOES NOT WORK. Please do not contact me, I will not be responding.

When I requested a refund they denied it, saying they do not do refunds as per their policy. You pay and will not get your services. If you have paid already, dispute it with your bank immediately.

Scam Company

Do not give this company any type of card information. They charged my card 7 different times with various charges that I never agreed to. Thankfully my bank declined most of their charges but I had to get a new card just to stop them. Beware.

Concerned Customer

I purchased the multiple monthly program in advance. It has been 6 weeks since I joined and my account has yet to be activated. I understand this is a complex process and customer service does respond immediately, however it’s the same, “we will expedite your request” to no avail. Beginning to wonder if the service is stringing us along and giving you false hope.

1/2/26 Update: It has been over 2 weeks since my last review and account still has not been activated. Billing renewal was going into effect and they did extend without charge once I messaged them. Still uncertain if this works.

Expensive dont work

Expensive in the first place then it charges you again for double the amount!
