I stumbled upon peerspace while looking for a venue for my son and daughter-in-laws baby shower. I found a location through peerspace that was not only close but very affordable.

Everything was great the host and the space

The host Erika and her son Austin were very pleasant. The space is just like the photos online

The host was very responsive, patient and understanding. She was accessible when we needed her to get in.
The chairs are the exact same photos displayed - great plus. The speaker was an additional incentive I didn't envisage would be there, it added much color to our event. We loved our experience. Clean space too.

The provided code did not unlock the door. It appears that the deadbolt was mistakenly locked, preventing the automatic lock from functioning. I immediately called the contact number provided but received no response. After multiple calls and messages, I finally received a reply—one hour after my booking had already begun.

As a result, I had to cancel my scheduled class, which made me appear unprofessional to my customers.

Additionally, the listing does not clearly state that access requires either climbing four flights of stairs or using an uninviting freight elevator. The suite itself is difficult to locate, and the front door remains locked, forcing guests to navigate back down four flights of stairs to let others in and guide them through the building—an exhausting process.

Having booked through Peerspace many times, I decided to take a chance on a listing with no reviews. Unfortunately, I would not book this space again.

Peerspace then removed my valid review from the listing returning it back to 5 stars for future unsuspecting customers.

As shown below, they acknowledge that they removed the review. They claim that my experience—paying for the space, arriving, and being unable to access it due to a non-working code—is not a valid experience. However, if a host has a pattern of not showing up, customers have a right to be informed. Had I been aware of this issue, I would not have booked. This raises concerns about the review system, which appears to be designed to highlight positive feedback while suppressing negative experiences.

It was easy to use. Clear guidelines and pricing. Fantastic concept. I would 100% use Peerspace again.

I found great options for venues to host our meeting and I found all the information on peerspace I needed to find and book a space.

this was my first ever experience using peerspace and it was by far the absolute best decision i have made for my business!! ALSOO the space i booked was amazing and more than i could have imagined, from the area to the kindness and understanding from the host just made everything so much better! I am really considering making this my “home away from home” thank you again and definitely dont skip over this one you wont regret it!

Chris and his staff where very accommodating to my friends and family . We hosted a reception after my brother’s funeral and I have to say that the ambiance and communication between us and Chris was excellent. Chris , thank you for everything . Even though it was an emotional day we experienced a very pleasant afternoon in the venue. The venue is modern and very nice . Very accommodating for a large group . The kitchen is very clean and it’s size is perfect for prepping food etc . I highly recommend this venue for anyone who wants to host an event. Trust me your experience will be stress free .

It was my first time booking a studio for a photo shoot. A friend recommended searching Peerspace. The site yielding several great venues including the studio we booked.

Basically the easy access to a large enough space to create the videos and photos I wanted. I prefer an outdoor shoot, but the weather is brutal. The price is right as well, and no complaints from the models.

Peerspace is an incredible resource if you are looking for a unique, fun, and special venue for your party, meeting, retreat space, or class. I happened upon Peerspace while looking for a place to hold my grandchild’s birthday party - and the variety of options offered was great! I couldn’t have been happier with my experience with Peerspace - and our family’s experience with SoulPlay Yoga, the location we chose to host our party!

Peerspace made it possible to find the perfect space to host my daughter's sweet sixteen birthday party. I am very grateful to have found this website because I know that I would have never been able to find the venue on my own. Most of the venues were for big functions, like for weddings or a huge party for 100+ people. This site makes it possible for you to find a smaller group gatherings.

Good availability for options. Easy to book locations.

I’ve been here for 5 years and I never needed to cancel a reservation. There are wildfires in LA, which effect our shoot because there’s fire and smoke everywhere. Host was hard to work
With and did not refund us our $2,000 booking. We contacted peerspace 4 days before the scheduled shoot and told them we can’t go because of the wildfire and smoke all over the city. What’s the point of this shoot if smoke is everywhere? They left it to the host and host did not refund me!! I will not be using peerspace anymore.

You can put a down payment and pay later which is great but the payment could be a little cheaper for a 8 or 9 our

The host was very responsive and helpful during the planning process. I will book with her again!

Website is confusing and cumbersome. Having to sign in with a password each time a client and Peerspace host need to communicate is a frustrating process.

The host ensured and made sure everyone and everybody was safe and having a great time. The location and venue was awesome!
