Leslie was extremely helpful! Her space was perfect! The pictures really do it no justice!

I was desperate to find a small venue in DFW and I never would have found it had Peerspace not had it listed. The payment was easy and booking took less than 5 minutes. Also it’s nice that a host can decline or accept you and they have to do it within 24 hours which I think holds everyone accountable! Thank you Peerspace!

I rented a house for a baby shower for 100$ per hr . We rented the house for 7 hrs but the owner was in the house the entire time . Harassing us following the guest , delegating the parking and what everyone was able to do . His name was Lee who didn’t take the time to properly introduce him self. He continued to steal food and even got drunk in our party . All of his belongings where at the property and refrigerator it was impossible to put any of the food on the table or refrigerator. This is a total scam then they will offer you a discount in as an exchange for a positive review. Disgusting behavior and business.

This space charged me additional money because I went back into the establishment 9 minutes past my end time to look for expensive photographer equipment and a guest keys. When I explained to them what happened, they didn’t care and were very stand offish about the situation. The fridge needs to be replaced also.

Great looking and easy to use website (lots of pictures) to get a good idea of the venues. Easy booking platform and communication with the host. Enough payment options.

If I could, I would give peerspace a zero. I submitted a booking and was told by the host to cancel it and book again and exclude the catering because she does this outside of peerspace even though her site stated that I had to add either catering, flowers or a photoshoot to my booking. I booked again without the catering option and she then contacted me and told me that she had to be with her daughter for a medical procedure and canceled my booking. I could not believe it so that was that. I then sent a request for a booking for another venue. The host messaged me and asked me if I would be providing hors d'oeuvres or a sit down dinner, how many people (even though I had provided that in the booking) and if I would be serving alcohol. Also, the booking cost was around $3000.00. After responding to her questions, she responded that the amount would be $10,000. Who in their right mind would pay $10,000 for a retirement party for 75 people just for the venue without food, music or anything else? I will be deleting my profile from peerspace and will let everyone know not to use them. It must be noted that I am a person of color and Peerspace requires that you post a picture of yourself.

It was super easy to find a place that fit our needs for photography and videography. The pictures gave a true picture of what we were looking for. The host communication was awesome before and during our event.

When we arrived the venue was very clean and smells nice. The venue had all the accommodations we needed and was spacious just as listed online. The host was very good and generous to us when communicating about our needs. The location was convenient and parking was easy. The hours were worth the pay. We had a great time would like to book again for another space soon in the near future, how ever I would like my credit card to be taken off file until I am looking to book again thank you !

Updated Response: Customer support is unresponsive and the guests who use Peerspace tend to be less courteous.

Peerspace responded to this review but didn't actually resolve my problem. Their support answered quickly at first, but I am STILL waiting for a response several days later on an issue related to us getting paid by Peerspace. As it stands we aren't getting any payments from the Peerspace bookings we have hosted, and we have not gotten proper support for this issue.

I’m an event planner and designer and I’m often asked about spaces. Peerspace has made finding unique venues much easier.

Peerspace is a great platform for producers and photographers.The Studio that we rented was a great space, the booking was easy, and we had a very good experience.

The space was perfect. The host was professional and responsive. Would definitely look to Peerspace for future photoshoots.

The host was so kind, welcoming and was able to accommodate my needs. The venue was perfect for my event. I was pleased with this experience.

This space has plenty of light with the bug windows and white walls. Great for any photoshoot!

I would never suggest/refer PeerSpace as an option for venue bookings. Used their website to book a venue for an upcoming event and placed a deposit hold. Unfortunately the host repeatedly sent me messages as they hadn't received my booking for the date we were requesting. Immediately contacted our financial institution which approved our deposit along with an email to PeerSpace support. We received initially a response for us to "rebook", however it would've generated a second cc transaction. We then received the most unprofessional, rude and unassisted response by a representative named "Michael" who deactivated our account (first time and glad to be a last time user). Our attempt was to get assistance re the venue booking and this is how you treat a consumer? I've had other people share their unprofessional experiences with PeerSpace. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise to spend our hard earned revenue with another platform. Yes, we found a lovely venue along with treated with much respect and professionalism. PeerSpace isn't the space for our family and friends. Use at your own risk, I would utilize directly contacting the vendors cut out the unprofessional middle company.
