Moniva Vinader goldplated bangle had snapped. I asked Piers to please reattach the snapped ends and re-form the bangle into one complete bangle.

I have picked it up today - it is no longer gold. The gold was apparently stripped off during the bangle's repair. I was not warned this would happen.
No apology, no discount offered. I now have a silver bangle I don't like and will never wear, and have been charged £64 to have the gold stripped off. The female jeweller was dismissive of my concern and bewilderment and commented, " Well, it was an odd shape anyway....
I will not be going back.

Went in not knowing if anyone could help me with my problem. I had 3 bracelets, 2 I wanted to make into one a add charms. The third one was to extend it and take a coin out of a ring and add it to the bracelet. After a conversation we had agreed how this was to be done, I was not expecting either to be ready before Christmas but both where. Very very happy with the price and I can't thank the family enough that I know have my Mothers and Nanny's bracelets fixed so I can wear them Thank you

We bought my beautiful engagement ring here almost 10 years ago and recently needed a repair. The service then and this time, have been exceptional. Nat especially couldn’t do enough to help- she was fantastic.

Customer service and quality are outstanding for this family-run business. The staff are attentive and really tune in to what you are looking for. In fact, the gentleman even cleaned the necklace I was wearing!!

My wife and I have just had our wedding rings made from my late mother and father’s engagement and wedding rings plus our original wedding rings and all original stone fitted in to the new one.
The help we had from them was amazing and their advice on how best to achieve what we wanted was incredible.
