Pegasus Chauffeur Reviews 

We booked 2 one-way trips with Pegasus Chauffuer and I cannot say anything negative about my experience. The booking experience is easy and simple through their website and everything is confirmed a day in advance on driver, number plate, etc. Both of our drivers, Abdi and Hubert, were there on time and waiting for us in their sparkling clean Mercedes vehicles. Water and sweets awaited us inside for our smooth journeys. I would highly recommend Pegasus and will be booking them again. Thank you Abdi and Hubert as well! Excellent 5 star experience with both.

My journey from LHR to my daughter’s home in Medstead Hampshire was both an excellent and highly professional service both on behalf of Pegasus and specifically my superb chauffeur Tony in their S Class Mercedes, which after a long journey from my home in Bangkok was relievingly stress free- I will most certainly use this service again on my return on July 13th and hope to be driven by Tony again.

We booked a family vacation to Camber sands from London with our 1 year old and my parents visiting from the USA. We had too much stuff to bring on the train so we booked a chauffeur. Mr Habib drove us down and was an amazing professional, being very mindful of traffic hazards (including cows in the road near there coast!). We wished we had tipped Mr. Habib but didn't have the presence of mind to do so!

For our trip back, we were told that the original driver had had an accident. A replacement driver arrived about 2 hours later. Despite the mishap it was all managed very smoothly. I would book again with Pegasus.

My father-in-law and I used the services from this terrific company following a health issue abroad. We arrived into Heathrow somewhat stressed, at which point, we had to separate as we had to go in different directions. Our driver, Tony Ivanov, reassured me he would transport my father-in-law safely from the airport to his home in Bristol. Tony treated my father-in-law like his own family. We wanted a fairly quick trip to Stonehenge, and a private tour from well-known tour companies was out of our price range. Having our own driver was very helpful as we had two elders with mobility issues in our party. Our driver waited as we took some pictures and viewed the exhibition center. He was very kind and personable. We had a nice trip and so happy to have used Pegasus vs a tour company. We will be using them again on our next visit in London. Don't hesitate to book with Pegasus, they don't disappoint!

Wonder experience and my driver Tony has been brilliant

After a grueling flight from Oman to London we were not looking forward to the long ride home to Wales. On landing I received a WhatsApp message from Tony our Chauffeur who was waiting by the arrivals gate for us, he could not have been more helpful. We settled into the back of an extremely comfortable Mercedes S Class limousine and Tony drove the 200 miles home to a very snowy rural Wales very well indeed. It was a shock to come home from Arabia only to find that Mid Wales was about to experience the worst snow fall for ten years, our chauffeur dealt with the challenging road conditions superbly and most importantly safely.

Pegasus provided us with an excellent, luxury limousine service and their chauffeur Tony was a customer focused and helpful professional driver just when we needed him most.
