Very friendly and professional driver (Tihomir) and highly recommended. Met me at short notice at LHR to Farnborough this afternoon.

Tony was our driver on 21 December when our train was canceled because of strikes. He was the utmost professional; friendly; and most of all an excellent, safe driver. I will ask for him by name in future!

Excellent service all around on transfer from Heathrow to Manchester. Great communications via text so we were assured where the driver would be and could keep updated when our flight was delayed. Very friendly and the car was supremely comfortable and immaculately clean. Driving was excellent including navigating a hold-up on the motorway to get us home quickly. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I was looking for a Chauffeur driven car to take us to a Wedding venue pick up and drop off was outside London and some of the companies that I contacted for a quote was not even bothered to give me a quote. I came across Pegasus Chauffeur and they were pitw and professional from first contact and to the end. The drivers were both really professional. I received a confirmation email with the name of the drivers and their contact number in case I needed to contact them. The pick up was punctual and we arrived on time at the venue. We called the driver who was picking us up in the evening ro take us home to see if we could be picked up a bit earlier and this was mo problem. A plus was that the cars had air-conditioning so even though it was a really hot day we arrived nice and cool. I can highly recommend Pegasus Chauffeur.

Prom night ruined. Missed photo session and parents had to drive us to the venue an hour late!!!
My friends and I booked a range rover for prom. kept calling the costumer service at the time the range rover was supposed to arrive and they were saying the driver should have arrived. Took several calls and persistence when eventually were told the ranger rover broke down and offered a mercedes. At that point we were already very late that parents decided to drive us to the venue so we didn’t even ride in the mercedes provided which arrived to the venue 20 minutes after we had arrived to the venue. Two stars given as money was fully refunded.

Ruined my prom night because the car broke down, the communication from the driver was poor and before we were told about the car breaking down, the chauffeur was already late. When another car came there was no apology from that driver on behalf of the company.

The best airport pickup service I ever had. The driver is very kind, helpful and responsive. He monitored the flight arrival time, kept updating me the time he arrives, informed me where he would be waiting for me in advance. The car is very clean and comfortable. I have been using a different car service company in the past few years, but Pagasus Chauffeur is much more professional, and cost is very competitive. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who needs their service.

I’ve used Pegasus a few times now for journeys, as well as using plenty of other chauffeur companies, but this is by far my favourite.

The customer service is second to none, the drivers are always so polite and helpful. The car is spotless and always stocked with drinks / snacks which is a lovely touch.

We were picked up by Janusz. Kept me informed along the way of his arrival. Turned up on time, Very smartly dressed, helped us with our luggage. He asked if the temperature and radio station was ok in the car which was so lovely.
We had bottles of water and chocolates in the car which was so lovely. I would highly recommend this company and definitely use them again.

Nice car and good overall experience, the driver is pretty friendly as well. The car also offer some snacks and drinks which is nice for long trips. Only downside is unfortunately the AC is broken when we took our ride beside that the whole trip is fantastic and we are likely to travel with them again.

Booked for 8 hours so we could tour London and see the sights and then be dropped off at Heathrow airport. Outstanding customer service, excellent vehicles and very attentive drivers. Look forward to using Pegasus again.
