Made an order in September 2023 and still didn’t receive it.
Reached out to customer service email and they don’t refund

I purchased their 14 day hair challenge. And they transferred me to another additional option courses,there's no price on the page so I clicked the button to see how much, then all of a sudden they deducted right away it in my CC. My courses have several incomplete videos, I cannot get the information or lesson because it's all in the videos. The additional course is empty too. I sent message in email and in their Instagram but no reply. They mentioned 24 hours. There's no phone number too.

I bought a product from her. Never received it and I never got my money back. Also, no answer. Definitely one to avoid!

The haircare course was a gamechanger. Although it does include some scientific based information, it mainly consists of practical advice and recipes. Two years later, I am continuously following the progress of this company, and bought several physical products from them for myself and my family (water filters, book, etc.). There are some other similar courses out there but none can compete with this one in terms of quality/price. For that little money, you can really learn how to take care of your hair by using exclusively natural ingredients, that are good for your health and for the planet. 100% recommend!

Please be aware of buying to this company. It is an absolutely SCAM. I bought the filters almost 5 months ago and they always tell the same story that I will receive it soon. They publish on their web with promotion and availability, but it is all a lie. And they DO NOT refund.

If you want to give a chance to yourself and your hair I won't doubt a second to either way buy the book or do her course and of course with the help of the shower filter. Highly recommended. I am very happy with this course, I learned a lot about my hair and how to take care care of it. I stoped colouring my hair when I started the course, and my hair is shiny and healthy. Products are easy to find and the price is accesible.

I have to be honest at the beginning I was a bit skeptical about the product and also the value of it. But guys I do not regret a minute for the money I spent not to mention that it’s also giving me a better water pressure I thought for years that my water pressure it’s not good until I figure that was because of the product’s I been using over the years. But the best part now it’s coming, I know that the water In my city it’s very reusable but when I saw the filter working properly I couldn’t believe it, I know that on the product saying that the filter hardness of the filter it’s for nearly one month, unfortunately after three weeks I had to replace it, but hey I don’t regret for a minute even if I have to change more often it’s because of the water and fair definitely money worth
