This site is a scam ! I paid almost 100$ for real crystal mugs and received cheap painted plastic! I asked for a refund and return policy, there is none!

I purchased two cups from pelintrvne.com and was extremely disappointed when the products delivered were nowhere near what I had ordered. The quality was poor, and the design completely deviated from the descriptions and images on their website.

When I contacted customer service to request a refund in exchange for returning the items, I was met with indifference and a refusal to resolve the issue. Despite providing clear evidence of their mistake, they showed no willingness to take responsibility, than a low compensation.

This company’s handling of customers is disgraceful. Their customer service is unprofessional and demonstrates no regard for consumer rights. For this reason, I strongly advise against purchasing anything from pelintrvne.com. It’s clear that this business lacks both product quality and accountability.

Save yourself the frustration and wasted money—stay far away from pelintrvne.com.

Got an incredibly good value for this item, though delivery took three weeks. The quality is generally quite solid, and it does what its supposed to do. Packaging could have been better, but overall, it serves its purpose well for the price paid.
