Exceptional customer service and communiction. After placing my order I was immediately notified my product was no longer available requesting I select a different product. The product I selected was confirmed as being available and promptly shipped. Will shop with Pelleline again.

I was not familiar with Pelleline before I saw the pop ups on my computer. After a while, I started to look over shoes. They looked good, but I had a long history of shoes from Allen Edwards and Ferragamo and I really did not need anything new. However, I saw a pair of blue loafers that caught my eye and with the price being right, I ordered them. The checkout went well, and my shoes arrived 3 days later. The shoes look great. Tried them on and they fit to perfection. I will wear them for a day very soon.

You did an excellent and speedy job on the cancelation of an item that was backed logged several weeks.

It’s been 7 days since the order was placed without the order shipping. No communication whatsoever. Maybe my order will ship or maybe I’ll be scammed. I’m not too hopeful at this point. Buyer beware

The shipping was made 4days after the order, UPS was accurate and fast. But the shipping fee was too much expensive (around $98). I finally got the shoes exactly after 1 week. Thanks!

I received the wrong size shoes. The company immediately took care of it by sending me the correct size and a return label to send back to the store. If not for that small mix-up, the rating would be 5 stars. The representative, Paul, was excellent!

I ordered size 12 and received size 11. I still haven't gotten the return label to send them back. Instead I received an email listing a totally different shoe in size 12. I want to send these back for a refund or send me these shoes in size 12

It is my first time that I buy in this store, the shipping was fast because they charge you 15 dollars without an option, the shoes arrived in the original box but very damaged, and the shoes were the ones that they had on display, so it has some small details, even so I'm keeping them because they are final sale not to mention that the prices are a bit high and the site does not have several photos of each item which is not good
