I have ordered both my SMK CPC rifles from here and recieved amazing service for both buys, also when there was a fault with a part they were very quick and helpful to replace it.

On the 2nd Of Nov I purchased my first airgun In a long time (well I am 66 now and going through my second childhood) 🤣. I bought the Beretta M92FS Extreme kit after seeing It online. I looked around for the best deals and quality of supplier and found Pellpax. After a couple of emails I ordered the pistol. It was delivered first hand by Pellpax In a matter of days and at the best price I could find (well happy chappy) and I've since bought other bits and pieces from them. Now as for the pistol, well, all I can say Is I think I'm inline for the next Bond part.

bought a bb air pistol from pellpax and it went faulty after 7 months.They collected the gun free of charge and fixed it and again delivered it for free.8 months later the gun went faulty again.contacted customer services who were fantastic and sent me a brand new gun free of charge.WHO ELSE WOULD DO THAT

Have bought many pistols and rifles some spring powered and others gas. All have been excellent and robust. Some of them are for show in my cabinet. Those that I have had a long time or are no longer on show I have sold back to pellpax at good price. All in all first class.

found a rifle and BB gun that looked like they suited me for what I required. spoke to the sales team and got a great response. both delivered quickly, the rifle had a slight flaw in the stock, and was a lot heavier than my previous rifles. the BB gun was bang on.
I spoke to team about the flaw, and they sent me a voucher for use in their storre. however, I cant use it as I would need to add to it to get anything else and also pay for the postage so im better off not using it. shame because until then it has been a really good experience
