Received a mismatched pair of shoes. Sent them a photo, they sent a return label, we used it, they never issued a refund.

I would avoid this company at all costs. While they may have the shoes you are looking for, Peltz returns process is extremely difficult and borderline a scam. Bought a paid of sneakers that needed to be returned, used their returns instructions and label for the actual return. It has been nearly 4 weeks and they still claim they do not have the return even though tracking shows it is waiting for them to accept the return. Total scam!

I guess I'm lucky , they cancelled my order , lack of stock , in this day and age, I would think they would know how much they had it stock. Probably Crooks , bait and switch

Their customer service department exhibits no understanding of their own products or policies, and refuses to acknowledge legitimate concerns of their customers. Very unsatisfactory.

I canceled an order minutes after and they shipped it anyway.

Ordered shoes two times from the Peltz website. Each time ordered was cancelled by Peltz stating item not in stock. Each ordered was placed with the item listed in stock. Do not get fooled by their website advertising. It's bogus.

Ordered Rockport pro walker 7100 in size 14. Received a womans shoe size 7.5. Sent it back. They require receipt before doing anything. 14 days later I contact customer service and am told a refund will be issued . Less shipping and some nebulas charge. I don't want a refund, I09282023 just want my product. No can do. Will have to reorder. That will never happen. Did recieve the refund quickly .

I have never had a decent experience with Peltz Shoes. Their prices are too high, and you have to buy $69 of goods to get a break on their shipping charges. The bigger problem is that they take your money, send you emails saying your goods have been shipped, and then weeks later they cancel the order because they never had the goods in the first place. Liars. Deceitful. Untrustworthy. It is unlawful to take a customer's money until the actual goods bought were in fact shipped. Peltz Shoes are never getting my business again, and three pairs of shoes I bought to avoid high delivery charges turned out to be defective. I lost money every which way with Peltz Shoes. Bad company.

Full refund not received. I ordered two pair of shoes and was offered a discount for first time order. The company then cancelled one of the items as apparently it was not in stock. They provided a refund, but reduced it by part of the discount. The discount was for placing an order, whether one item or multiple items were ordered. It was not a percentage discount on each item. Therefore, I should have still received the full discount on the item that was provided and the full amount of the item they cancelled should have been refunded. I reached out to the company via several emails and was told I was provided the proper refund, but it certainly was not. They should do better.

I ordered a pair of shoes and received the wrong color. Called customer service twice and was told both Times they would send me a return label to my email. Never received it. I would not recommend this shoe company.

I was thrilled finding Rockport Slides at a nice price. I ordered them after speaking with a rep of Peltz's, because it appeared, by reviews, they may be smaller than what a size 10 is. Yes, too small, too tight. I emailed and told them I was going to exchange them, and they "wanted to please." They sent me a printed label--a vague address--if any, to place on the box they came in, to return them. Well, over two weeks later, and telling them from where I mailed, using FedEx, them from, and telling them I wanted to be reimbursed the $49.95 I had paid, to purchase Merrell Slide,-$54.95--NOTHING. Not even a response was sent to me when I asked what the holdup was. So yes, they now have my money, and the pair of Rockport Slide shoes. As a person stated earlier, “NO refunds made when they blister your feet.” Clearly, this Peltz is a scam, a rip off. I am thinking this falls under mail fraud, and contacting the FTC and BBB, is on my mind, most certainly. And after reading many of these reviews, I am not the only on to be robbed--shame on you Peltz - but apparently, this is a large part of who you are. Beware--people. You may be throwing your money away. As I have experienced, on 7-6-2022.

This was my 1st order from this company, I took a chance since they had the best price I could find on the shoes I wanted . I ordered 2 pairs of shoes ( naturalizes) they arrived within a few days, they fit perfectly are extremely comfortable (Happy feet) and I’m a happy customer!!

They have super strict rules about returns, but then they take forever to process the return and give you your money back. I had to file a claim with Paypal to get my refund (6 weeks later). I won't use them again and I won't order off Amazon if it says shipped by Peltz.

Ordered a pair of shoes and I received with no problems. They did not fit and I have been attempting to return for a month now.
Per their instructions, I filled out the online form so I could obtain a return slip. Their system states my order # does not exist. I have called, put on hold, disconnected and attempted to chat with no success.
I have sent 2 other emails with no response.
Also, their printer seems it is low on ink and it is very difficult to read any of the numbers.

The prices and selection are amazing, if you actually receive the shoes. I placed an online order with Peltz Shoes on 1/15/22, but never received an order confirmation. With both Paypal and my credit card company reflecting payment, I assumed that the confirmation was only delayed. Despite multiple attempts to confirm order with the seller, they have yet to respond - online contact form (1/17), online chat (1/18), phone (1/18) and email (1/19). Initiated PayPal dispute and will have to wait until 2/8 for a refund.
UPDATE 1/20: Within hours of my initiating a PayPal dispute, Peltz customer service responded via email with an apology with a PDF of order/shipping information, and the identical customer service phone number that never answers.
UPDATE 1/21: Peltz responded via PayPal, with an apology that confirmation/shipping information had " not been coming through to" me and a new phone number, which I never tried.
UPDATE 1/22: Received the shoes, but will NEVER purchase from Peltz, again.

I cancelled an ebay order within minutes and this company refused to cancel saying it had shipped. A label was created 6 hours later and now they are saying it has shipped via FEDEX and will take another nine days to get here. I live 45 minutes from the store they say it shipped from. I don't do business with people who lie to me. Therefore I will never buy anything from these people again.

I ordered a pair of shoes and opened the outer box to see the inside box, the shoe box itself smashed. It had to leave their plant this way. I think the shoes were returned by someone and re-shipped to me. I returned them because the right shoe is tighter than the left one and I'm sure that's why they were returned before. I don't like that we have to pay restocking fees or shipping back fees on something they don't correct. They put these shoes back on the shelf and ship to the next person who orders. Not right
