Great people to deal in a friendly but professional manner. My issues are not totally resolved but hugely improved and I’m definitely glad I decided to try it out. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service.

Fabulous time spent using the pelvic zone chair, the hosts are friendly and make you feel so relaxed and comfortable. I have seen great improvements and the time slots work perfectly with my day. I would recommend anyone to try this exercise and see the improvements, this has shown me how to reinforce my muscles and given me more confidence. I am now so away of my muscles and I am so happy with the results. Thank you to the team for being so caring, kind and helpful.

I recently visited PelvicZone and was warmly welcomed by their very helpful staff. I had a free taster session, which was a great way to get a feel for what to expect from their services.

However, I did find it a bit frustrating that the website doesn’t provide any information about the duration of the course or the cost involved. Having that information upfront would have made it much easier to plan and decide whether to commit.

Overall, a positive experience, but clearer details online would definitely improve it!

I was a bit nervous about trying this, but the therapist was very reassuring, talking me through all the different muscles that the chair works on. Excellent session will definitely be returning

I'm on my 4th session of using the chair and I can honestly say I've seen amazing results. I experienced a prolapsed uterus after having kiddies and after a few failed peccary's and a very worried me I decided to try and trust the chair.....I'm so glad I did it's amazing. Love going to pelvic zone where the care and support is friendly, reassuring and very professional. Can't recommend enough.

What a lovely place to go. Frank was so kind and welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. If there is one thing I really appreciate it’s honesty, and speaking to people that know what you have been through or what you are going through and Frank has this nailed down. After giving birth to two kids and the march of time, my pelvic floor needed a workout and boy did it work. The chair you sit in stimulates the muscles in your pelvic floor to contract and it does all the work while you can sit and chat. It feels strange at first but no discomfort whatsoever. Frank and Terry set me right at ease. It's a relaxing, calming environment and I felt very welcome. There has been so definite improvement. I would highly recommend Pelvic Zone.

From the very start Frank instantly puts you at your ease. It’s a journey travelled together. Having finished my sessions the improvement has been remarked on by health professionals and with continued maintenance long may it continue. I would highly reccomend not only Better Pelvi but in particular Frank and Terry

Friendly and caring and very easy answer to my problem

The experience was great in the sense that you are made to feel at home. You could relax and get on with the reason for the visit. Very professional and welcoming couple. I felt so much at ease after my initial fright of last week.The physical environment was very pleasant and relaxing.

At the age of nearly 50 I’d noticed that my bedroom performance wasn’t as perky as it had been in younger years. Aware that the pelvic floor strength played a part in this I discovered Pelvic Zone in my area and decided it was worth a go.
In a very comfortable setting, I talked though my issues and concerns with Frank, discussed a plan and outcomes and did a trial session. Albeit a little weird at first, I finished the session feeling like my pelvic floor had just been for a good workout. This was certainly not something I can ever say I’ve worked on at the gym! At just under 30 mins the session is over super quick.
I’m now half way through my course and can already feel improvement and confidence both physically and mentally – as well as a sense of greater strength in my core too. There is also is improved performance, responsiveness and delivery in the bedroom too! Thank you!
