The upfront sales process and how they helped us identify our need for a "new" client scale program to the onboarding and support by the team as well as the awesome weekly team sales Zoom Meetings with PEMA Leadership and our fellow peers were beyond anything we've experienced. The PEMA.io process transformed the way we think and identified new leads and scheduled more meetings in a 90 day window then any other Lead Gen program we worked with prior. We learned new skills and enhancements to our selling approach and they have positioned us for growth and revenue success.

Phenomenal experience. You could tell that they really want you to succeed with your business. They feel like a partner. One of the best investments to make. Hands down.
*Zero risk guarantee* not as Zero risk as implied
The #1 thing I want to stress in this review is that Pema’s *zero risk, double guarantee* is not zero risk. I feel it necessary to share my personal experience to shed light on potential gaps between PEMA's expectations of what that means, and you as the consumer.
The onboarding process, and initial campaign launch went quickly, and smoothly with good communication. This is where I award the two stars for the review. After launch, we made other small adjustments, but let the campaign run its course.
Nearly 8 weeks after my campaign launch date, my weekly campaign progress note included a video stating that my campaign was working, but it needed more volume(budget) to hit the guaranteed 20 appointments.
This is the point at which I felt that the terms of the agreement were being changed. I had already paid a significant amount of money for this program, as well as additional budget to operate the campaign, with the expectation that if this didn’t work out, I would be able to recover my investment. However, I am now being asked to invest more to meet the number of appointments PEMA guaranteed me? This didn’t sit well with me, and I did not add the additional budget, and I let the campaign run as is.
By the time of the end of my 90 day agreement, PEMA had booked 12 appointments out of the guaranteed 20. If you’re reading this, ask yourself if you feel you would be entitled to exercise your no risk refund if you were to find yourself in the same position?
After I engaged them about my refund, my AM stated that I didn’t meet my end of the guarantee due to various reasons, and that I would only be able to extend their services until I hit the number.
I provided my documentation, and made multiple attempts to work together to resolve the situation amicably, but PEMA declined each time. I filed a dispute with Amex and was able to recover my investment.
Here are two other notable exceptions I would want to know if I was reading this review:
Cancellation Policy: During my time with PEMA, I learned that even canceled appointments are counted towards the guaranteed total. This was not initially communicated and felt misleading as it effectively reduces the real number of guaranteed appointments. Be aware that the definition of 'booked appointments' may not align with your expectations.
Stringent Communication Expectations: PEMA expects that any communication from their side must be responded to within a day, as stated in the agreement. While efficient communication is key to any partnership, a strict one-day rule is quite limiting and could potentially be used to contest refunds.
Additional Hidden Costs: The advertised cost for PEMA's program doesn't tell the full story. Expect additional running costs on top of the stated VA cost. This came as an unwelcome surprise and significantly increased the expected investment for me, making their initial cost quote seem misleading.
While I embarked on this journey with PEMA with high hopes, my experience left me wishing for more transparency and integrity. The 'zero risk' guarantee proved to be more complex than it initially seemed, the communication expectations were stringent, and the hidden costs were a bitter pill to swallow. If you're considering PEMA's services, arm yourself with this information to make an informed decision.

I was generating interest but not booked calls until PEMA...…
I was generating interest but not getting enough bookings. Working with PEMA they instantly fixed that issue. My first week call bookings went up to 65% whereas before they were below 10%. The setup was fast and simple.
This meant we finally had calls in the diary and they were very transparent about the process. What is amazing about the way they work is you learn how to install this in your business. You aren't reliant on them to keep doing their black magic.
They make your business better, show you how it's done and then you can choose whether to run it for yourself once you are finished with their programme.
They were very flexible in changes I wanted to make but also pushed back when they knew it was going to be detrimental to results based on their expertise. Highly recommend them for anyone wanting to book more call from linkedIn.

The PEMA team has followed through on every promise they have made. In the first 30 days, I was hitting 2-3 sales calls per week. Now, about 3 weeks later, I am around 3-4 per week. They have helped me tremendously in growing my business and I am extremely grateful for them!

PEMA has given me massive ROI
I absolutely love PEMA. They gave me business qualified leads with very little lift on my part. It’s evident they have much experience doing this from the sales process to getting up and running. It was one of the best investments I’ve made for myself and my family. They are helping me succeed and that’s not an easy ask. They are also really kind people who care about their customers. For those that are hesitating, here is my advice… don’t just do it you won’t regret it when the money comes rolling in.
Read before buying could save you time, and thousands of dollars. Sorry for any misspells and punctuation errors was in a rush but hopes this helps.
There’s a few issues I have with this company and I’ll do my best as I sit here fuming to not go off on a tangent. This is my experience so please be aware of what you are doing when you move forward with this company. Alittle about myself about myself so you can have some real context. I’m US Navy Veteran and integrity is a huge thing for me. I just started a business to help local businesses with their digital presence and help improve customer journey.
#1 - They do not have a satisfaction Guarantee which means if you are not satisfied with them, the way they do your outreach, which doesn’t work for everyone’s market, or not getting results they you expected or was sold on they will fight you tooth and nail over the refund stating they did a lot of work.
#2 - Make sure you solidify with your market and do not budge. You would think they would have your best interest at heart but in all reality PEMA really only wants your money. Their outreach is more like LinkedIn spamming with multiple accounts by the way. Works for some but my market Specifically it doesn’t. Which they themselves told me and I decided I would trust them when it came down to the market change to see if my services matched the market they were reaching out to but my services don’t mesh well with the outreach they are doing client wise and I’ve looked into people who’ve replied and even the one appointment they got me was just lead gen. So yes once I realize they didn’t actually have my best interest at heart I went ahead and pulled the plug. Fair right? Your services don’t work for my market. You know that, I know that, so let’s start the refund and parts as friends no harm no foul.
#3 - This one is a bit personal so forgive me for not being completely informative but right not my family is going through some emergency health issues and we are pulling as much money together as possible. This refund from PEMA will go towards that yes, but if it was working I would leave it alone. My issue is the inhumanity that they have with their customers. You gave me little to no results, you talked me into changing my market, and then tell me you’ve done a lot of work when all you did was take my words out them in your message sequence template and send some messages on Linked. Copy and paste. Without results I don’t see the thousands of dollars worth of work PEMA speaks of. Sorry for ranting and the punctuation but I’m upset I’ve never left a bad review like this before and I’m so upset with their customer interaction on issues.
#4 - They don’t tell you about all the additional expenses for upkeep of all the monthly expenses for their outreach to work. This one wasn’t a big issue for me but I specifically asked and got a vague not too much per month from my sales person. Again, they seemed trustworthy and I believe most people have integrity when you share personal information like I’m having a kid I can’t afford to put money in a place that’s not going to return on my investment.
Closing statement as a business owner and someone who has worked in sales, customer service for years, and Serviced in the US Navy I believe in integrity and honor over a dollar anytime, anyplace, anywhere. PEMA clearly doesn’t, also this should switch a light bulb on for you. If the company is so good at their job and such a great company for business owners why are they fighting me on a few thousand dollars they should have clients systematically coming in nonstop and if they do how many of those clients are satisfied with their results? What do we not know about this company? Are they really out to help people succeed or just another company that only cares about their profit? I’ll let you decide either way if you are on the fence this is your time to do some deep diving or look at other options. GOD Bless.

I don’t know the other people who left reviews nor are they my friends. I simply left a review about my experience with PEMA. PEMA attempting to slander my name is in vain I’m not attempting to destroy PEMA’s reputation. The company is doing a fine job of that by themselves. For you to say that I’m doing anything immoral is ridiculous. I’ve served this country, my family, and my friends with the upmost Fairness and I stand by Honor, Courage, Commitment, and Integrity. What does PEMA stand on?
As you can see they never refunded me a single dime and I even sent an email saying I apologize for all the commotion just wanted to be treated with respect and that if they didn’t feel 100% refund was reasonable due to upfront work then I would take 50% of the refund so that we could part ways respectfully.
PEMA just know the way you continue to treat people will eventually catch up to you. I hope something changes within your organization on a mentality, and integrity level. I wish everyone the best of luck and again God Bless. Im done PEMA.

He cancelled multiple meetings at the last minute, and I would have to ask him why he had not shown up.
He was extremely rude and entitled, in a manner that made it unclear whether I would be paying for a service or otherwise.
Really shocking behaviour overall.

I have resisted the Siren song of ‘we can make you business a wild success’ for years. Then an email popped up that caught my attention. It took two interviews to convince me to send them the money and get started. They hit their stride within days. My first client signed up is the first week. Beginners luck. PEMA has been there for me at every turn. They screened VA candidates and the one we hired is amazing. PEMA product and app training, support, sales training, and follow up are all top shelf.
