MANY GUESTS INCLUDING MYSELF LEFT THE HOTEL BEFORE OUR DEPARTURE DATE ( even when we lost our money) it is filthy, disrespectul , A SCAM!!!! SHAME ON YOU BOOKING.COM FOR OFFERING SUCH A HOTEL, and then disclaimining it was done through a third party!! shame on you!!!

small room with toilet on floor above no bath

My daughter had to put me up in a hotel in London on Wednesday the 14th january 2014 as she was not able to travel back to London due to the storm.

The room (112) was extremely small (app. 3.5m2) and the toilet was on the floor above. Just a toilet and a sink, no bath. No electrical sockets either and no plug for the sink. Single pane glass and no heating.

In the room there were barely room to move and no mirrors. There was a desk, chair and the single bed. If the chair was pulled out you would not be able to leave the romm as it would block the door. Wonder if the room would pass safety codes. I would not like to be caught in this room if a fire broke out.

I did ask for an upgrade and was told that all rooms were booked. No service and help there.
