Would never use this company, managing director swears at clients, very very unprofessional,worst experience in my years in my industry.

I am really sorry you feel this way. I actually overheard the entire conversation and I believe Iain said that we are dealing with a lot of people changing their mind's, cancelling interviews at the very last minute, people just ignoring us, changing the preference and what has been said from the very first interview we held over the phone. When Iain went to run through the notes of the other day you cut him off and he got the reply of 'I dont need to be told what I told you last week'.
In terms of people being unreliable, changing interviews after managers change which site they are supposed to be at to meet needs, it is very frustrating and disappointing, if the role isn't of interest then it is so much more appreciated when people are upfront with us in the beginning, which unfortunately people aren't.

The whole team have been fantastic
The whole team have been fantastic. Very helpful and always available. They have chased things through and delivered on everything they have said they would. Fantastic job all round. I have been offered 2 positions through their work and of course accepted one and start on Monday.

We are very sorry that you feel this way in terms of our recruiting.
Unfortunately from our clients perspective and our point of view, dealing with yourself proved to be very difficult. It was very hard to be any more empathetic as within the 3 months we have actually dealt with yourself, the first interview was cancelled with a last minute occurrence (illness or a incident) which we were very empathetic towards, after this instance and the 3 months timeframe from interviewing, we have been advised by your employer (our client) there has been very minimum days worked (again, through sickness and other occurrences& several different incidents with very little communication, if any at all)
As a Recruitment company we find it very disappointing when our clients chase us to say that the employee is ignoring them, not returning or just not replying to them or explaining any situation, as this makes us look bad when representing the candidate.
