Rude lady customer service
I became customer about 2 years ago. Cancelled services in October 2024. Alarm pendent still connected to monitoring service (13/2/26) Rang customer service and explained it's still connected. Said they would give me call back. Lady phoned me back extremely rude. I explained situation. Her advice was just throw alarm away. Accused me of being difficult. Said I'd log a complaint and she phoned back to apologise then said I didn't need to phone you as your not a customer. Avoid the company. If you require an alarm for a relative or whoever please go to a more reputable name. After cancelling down original email stated if you ever want to rejoin us your more then welcome welcome will set you up. Yeah like I'm doing that now. Avoid
