AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST!
Extremely poor service and wrongly advised throughout an early termination of lease.
I have been left with a huge debt. NEVER USE!

As we explained to you, all of the costs involved with the early termination of your lease and excess mileage charges (due to the significant amount you went over) were all detailed on the quotation provided.

Ultimately, after your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman, they concluded that you had not been wrongly advised and that we do know what we are doing.
