I cannot fault Pendragon.
They were always very responsive and anytime I had questions, they would take their time to answer them and make sure I understood.
There was an issue one month with my wage (due to an error from the company I worked for) and Pendragon did a very quick investigation on their side to find out what happened and helped me handle it. Special shoutout to Lianne, very good communication

I've been with Pendragon for just over a year and they've been excellent. I did a bit of research before selecting them and feel I definitely made the right choice. They are super responsive and helpful with any questions. They are also very reasonably priced. The only slight negative for me is that they don't have an online portal, but I believe that is changing soon(?).

I find it hard to believe that these 100% glowing references are real. Probably not the fault of Pendragon.

This was my first rodeo in freelancing and under the new IR35 ruling, therefore I thought it was best to use an umbrella company rather then gong limited for a short length of time. I did a fair bit of shopping around with various companies, however Emily Poynter from Pendragon was the only one who explained the whole process to me and why the services, fees and rulings were what they were. This was while the others companies were straight away just interested in giving me an evaluation and getting me to sign with them. From the beginning of my tenure to the end we were in constant contact and given all that was going on with COVID and switching jobs etc she made what was quite frankly a unknown and stressful time that much easier. I would highly recommend Pendragon to anyone who needs umbrella services and wish them all of the best for the future.

My account advisor Annie is lovely, always accommodating, helpful & friendly, making time to answer any queries I might have. I cannot recommend Pendragon enough - they are a great umbrella company!

A very high performing company who manage my contractor payments in a very efficient manner.
Very good at dealing with Tax and NI issues their charges are very reasonable and they take the strain away.
Payments are made without delay and all documentation provided at the same time that the payment is transferred.
