I’ve been taking Metabolic Daily for a month now. I haven’t changed anything else. I’ve always heard that probiotics regulate your bowels but mine have been a roller coaster. Go a lot one day and then not again for a few days. I’ve also gained a few pounds. Cravings and appetite are the same. I’ve got a three month supply so I’ll finish it. Maybe my system is a little late to the party. But so far I’m disappointed.

I know they said to give it a few months, but after completing 1 month, I'm so unbelievably constipated. Maybe I just have different gut needs, I don't know... but I will not be ordering any more.

I have been taking Pendulum for several months now and I am very pleased with the results.
My issues of reflux, heartburn and stomach discomfort have disappeared completely!
I recommend this product highly.

I did plenty of research only to find major studies showing the correlation between gut health, pro biotics, and diabetes… then I stumbled upon Pendulum Life so I figured I’d give it a try. Full disclaimer I WAS a pre diabetic with an A1C fluctuating between 5.6-5.9. No matter what diets I tried, I couldn’t bring down that A1C. I am a full time gym rat who goes 5x a week!

I have been wearing a CGM (continuous glucose monitor) for a few years now so I’m pretty privy to food that spike my glucose. As soon as I started taking pendulum I noticed my spikes were significantly lower and my fasting glucose when I wake up was in the low 90s (compared to high 90s / low 100s) when taking pendulum!

I waited approximately 4 months of continuously taking pendulum to re test my A1C and voila! Can’t speak highly enough about this product. I was very reluctant and didn’t have any expectations. It was more of a shot in the dark. But I sure am glad I came across pendulum! If you are on the fence about this supplement I would HIGHLY recommend it.

I can’t speak to anything other than my experience as a pre diabetic and how it lowered my A1C enough to not be pre diabetic any longer. If you find yourself in my position this is a MUST. I think it’s priced fair for the results it yields.

I’m not much a reviewer but I feel like I owe it to the world to spread the word. Diabetes is a disease I don’t wish upon my worst enemy as it runs strong on both sides of my family.. I’ve seen the damage it causes. If I can help even one person from all of my reviews it was well worth it.

*** 2/11/26. Just got a response back from Pendulum Customer Support. I'm happy to say that the stories of their great customer service is correct; they were very nice & helpful & immediately processed the correct product, which I should receive shortly. Looking forward to seeing how this product works!

I tried to order the GLP-1 Probiotic but accidentally ordered the single-strain Akkermansia because the product pages are confusing. Order #1378602 on 2/3/26.
I contacted support through their portal as soon as I found out it was the wrong strain. I was asked if I wanted a refund or exchange; when I said exchange, I was told someone would follow up in a day.
No one did. The order shipped anyway, and I got a 3-month supply of the wrong product.
No one EVER contacted me.

Ironically, a friend had the same issue and emailed them directly—she got quick help. She’s now tried to help me over email too, and we’re still being ignored.

I really wanted to love this brand, but getting a simple issue fixed shouldn’t be this difficult.

This company is very responsible and responsive. Easy to order and to cancel subscription with no questions asked.
I think the Probiotic Akkermansia is good.

My gall bladder was removed 35 years ago. When an mass was removed from my small intestines 15 years ago, I also lost 6" of small intestines. My digestive system has been stressed, most definitely.
Once I started taking one Pendulum Metabolic Daily capsule on a daily basis, my digestion improved to where I am regular, with few bloating or aching issues.
These improvements were gradual and accompanied with other lifestyle changes, (exercise, hydration, moderation).

I signed up for the subscription and it was due to be filled on Sunday, February 1. Today, Wednesday, February 4 I contacted the company with my concern that the order had not shipped based on SHOP, USPS, and Pendulum. I received the canned sorry about your luck email but we have too many customers to care about your issue. This product is not cheap and if I am choosing to use some of my disposable income on their product then they would want to ensure I received it timely.

Pendulum, Metabolic Daily, Polyphenol Booster are incredible pre and probiotics , which helps one with gut health. It has helped me with weight, and DI2 , management. We are blessed, to have Pendulum

I’ve been using Pendulum products for a few years now. I didn’t switch products because of their effectiveness. No, I switched because I take a few very strong medications and they negatively impact my stomach. I knew I would need to switch up the products because each aid me with digestion, differently. I’m sure I will switch to a different product soon because I’m finally stabilizing my medication and may need to ‘trick’ my digestive system to start working more efficiently. I don’t have anything negative to say about Pendulum and plan to be a customer for as long as I can continue to pay for the products!

Akkermansia is a miracle for me! I've been taking it for over a year and have almost no stomach issues from my leaky gut since. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to strengthen their digestive system.

Was taking Metabolic Daily for about a year then switched to Glucose Control to support nutritional changes. Still waiting for my next physical and A1c results, but subjectively, my GI health has never been better.

I've been taking the Pendulum Metabolic Daily now for two and half years. It has had a significantly improved my weight control and digestion (indigestion, gas, and bloating). I cannot imagine returning to life without it . . . and neither can my spouse!

After 2 rounds of covid, I was experiencing a lot of trouble with my digestion. I heard about Akkermansia on a Podcast with Dr. Mindy Pelz and I decided to look into it. This is the first probiotic that has ever worked for me. I could actually feel my gut healing, and my digestion issues went away. After 6 months on Akkermansia, my needs and goals changed so I decided to switch to the Metabolic Daily. I recommend this product to all my friends.

I had a burst appendix ten years ago and after that started having severe gastrointestinal problems. A fecal DNA test revealed that I had no beneficial flora in my gut. Over a nine-year period, I have taken every probiotic known to mankind trying to fix this. Most did nothing; a few did a little good. Pendulum's Akkermansia finally has me feeling back to normal!! I have been using Akkermansia for several years. I had been experiencing unbearable irritable bowel symptoms and nothing several MD's had suggested was helping. I started taking Metabolic Daily in August of 2023. I had severe IBS for 2 years prior to finding Metabolic Daily.I had been taking another probiotic since 1996. I have experienced normal bowel health and the almost complete elimination of IBS since beginning the Metabolic Daily. It has truly been life-changing for me.

I have been taking Akkermansia 500 Pro for about a year now and it has greatly helped keep my cholesterol under control. I don't know why it works, but I know they do! I trust the company's science behind their products and the customer service is great! The autoship is very convenient and easy to use.

Great product that has helped me achieve the best digestive comfort I have had in many years. Also great customer service support. When my order did not arrive as scheduled, Pendulum was quick to follow up and ensure that a replacement order was in place. Just excellent personalized customer service.

Pendulum/ Akkermansia are such a blessing to me and my bowels. For the last several years my digestive health has gone from irregular, hard movements to regular, firm easy movements. My digestive health has maintained through various surgeries and cancer treatments. It's well worth taking.
