The most beautiful boots

The most beautiful boots! I have always wanted a pair of these and I cannot believe how comfortable they are and how flattering too.

Nice boots but not worth the price and…

Nice boots but not worth the price and in the sale. I have high arches and these were tight across them. The leather was not that soft also. Disappointed and have returned.

Poor

Took order then messaged a few days later saying the online inventory was incorrect and the item was actually sold out. Very disappointing, unprofessional and poor.

Excellent, product, and after sales!
Quick delivery, and quick refund after the first pair of boots returned for a bigger size.

Appalling Customer Service

Boots bought and paid for 24th November 2023 - £375. Email confirming despatch 28th November on a 48 hour tracked Royal Mail Delivery. Tracking history says sender actually despatched 1st December! Today 9th December Boots still not delivered and unable to track said item. Unable to contact Penelope Chilvers Customer Service by telephone as it was not working. Only response I have had has been semi-automated emails and an actual response from a Facebook message to the company. Now going to cancel order and get the bank to refund my money and let Penelope Chilvers attempt to find the order themselves.

Beautiful boots

Easy to order online and swift delivery. The boots are of such great quality, the fit like I’ve been wearing for years, and look great. Has to order another pair in a different colour!

Fabulous boots

Best experience in a while

I decided to invest in quality and hit a bit of a learning curve. The measurement advice is fab and I would strongly advise others to measure before ordering.
Returning the boots included a charge, and customer service was excellent. The communication via email was fast and clear.

Quality shoes, customer service not super

Bought the tassel boots which are amazing. I have a high instep and low calf and this is the first pair in years I have bought that haven’t rubbed. Boots arrived quick and great condition. I also bought a pair of shoes with 15% discount which I also love. Unfortunately they arrived looking worn with scuffed soles. I reported this to PC and they told me return, but as they don’t do exchanges, I would need to reorder and they could only give me a 10% discount. Effectively would cost me more to sort out their faulty shoes so a bit cross! Summary: lovely quality shoes, but not great customer service if there’s an issue!
