Very satisfied customer for over 20 years

I have used PenFed for over 20 years. I have purchased 2 homes, about 5 cars and also had a home equity loan. The customer service employees are always very knowledgeable about their area of expertise and are very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend PenFed for any and all of your financed purchases.

Pentagon Federal Credit Union…

Pentagon Federal Credit Union continuously provides excellent customer service, and this visit was no different. I have been a member for 20 years and never been disappointed.

Excellent Bank #1

Friendly, fast, great service. Listening skills were superb. Nice to get it right the first call and first time. Awesome bank. Had them for over 30 years. Highly recommend!

Why I Switched To PenFed Credit Union

About a year and a half ago I switch all my financial accounts over to PenFed Credit Union and I could not be more satisfied.
After being with JP Morgan (Chase) for 20+ years, I got tired of their policies. They would pay me $0.01 interest on my checking account and then charge me a $25.00 fee on the account.
PenFed has no fees on your accounts and pays me a decent interest rate. I will never go back to BIG Banks again. They rip you off at every turn.

Constant calls

Constant calls, day and night, even evenings and weekends. Calling my employer. My loan has been curent for 3 years, I had financial issues that caused 3 payments to be late. Constant phone calls, and constant calls to my employer, which are illegal, one call to verify employment is all that’s legal, not daily calls. Also, ridiculous interest payments on late payments. Be very wary of this companies loan policy’s.
