This company is a bunch of crooks bought hydro miners from them thinking they was going to host them in the UAE I should have listened to the reviews and took them seriously when I read they scammed many other people now im a victim myself and lost over 50k. They dont even reply to any of my messages anymore and my miners never got connected. This experience made me not trust anyone anymore
Hi I have being trying to contact Mian Ramzan Of Penguin Global Company for machines I have hosted with this Company on their contact numbers listed, but they are not taking my calls or responding to messages in connection with my 4 machines which have been offline for 30 days...this Company is a scam do not trust them with your hard earned monies.They are Ghosting me now but when I did get in contact with them 30 days ago they were very rude to me and are very abusive on the phone to their clients once they have your monies ,a bunch of crooks
i have been hosting miners with them since September 2024.There were often offline times and it took around a month to connect when they received them.the worst thing is that the showroom is closed now and my expensive miners like L9 ,Ks5pro,X16p are offline since month and can not be taken online or handed out.when i ask from time to time ,i get no or rude answers,altough i had nice phone calls in the past with the leader of the dubai group.i can do nothing but wait, sadly loosing a lot of mining revenues. if you have miners there and you are able to get them back,do it.

I purchased an L9 machine on preorder in June for the August batch from Penguin Company. Despite repeated follow-ups, they failed to deliver the machine and ignored my messages. I had to escalate the issue by raising complaints with ASICminervalue and Dubai Consumer Protection. Only then, in November, did they refund me.
This experience has left me with zero trust in their operations. I do not recommend dealing with this company.
