Fake all fake!! Don't buy it!

I want to start this by addressing the company's response. I tried to cancel this order less than 30hrs after it was placed, and on a HOLIDAY weekend. That is before any order was processed, shipped and had anything done with it. I am writing this edit FOUR days AFTER I tried to cancel and still the item has not even shipped! This "policy" of not allowing cancellation is a pure scam from a company who wants to screw their customer.

I ordered a t-shirt on this site, after seeing the reviews that they sell fakes I became very suspicious. I reached out 30 or so hours after the order to cancel and they tried to scam with a 15% cancellation charge.

This company has bad reviews everywhere, and is known for selling fakes. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They will force you to pay a fee if you cancel and order or return. THEY ARE AN AWFUL COMPANY. There are many great competitors out there who do a fantastic job. DO NOT give your money to these scam artists.

I have not received anything from them yet so I do not know if it is fake, but the shirt I ordered is a limited edition and sold out everywhere else. Since they are forcing the purchase I may have to go through with it and will follow up if it is indeed a fake.

My experience so far has been pretty good I can say the customer service responds quickly . My only problem was how long I had to wait for my order tracking but other then that everything is going well and I just got my tracking today so that’s also a boost.

This is not my first time ordering from this website. It is always nice that the support team try their best to help with the choice of size, notify about discounts. And the orders I receive always make me happy.

I just received my order and the item is definitely a fake, this is my first experience ordering on their site and should have reviewed Trust Pilot to verify how they do business, I probably wouldn't be out over $400 right now and stuck with a cheap knockoff. I contacted their customer service and sent photos of the authentic item and also images of what I received which obviously indicates a significant difference in quality and original design - I requested a refund and they continue to stand by the false claim that they item is authentic and they only deal with trusted suppliers which is another false claim. If the original designers new they were making a profit off their hard work, this website would be shutdown before the end of the year due to Counterfeiting and trademark infringement just to name a few! After more than a few requests for a refund still no response. Anyone who vouches for these impostors works for them.

Ordered RO sneakers, to tell a truth satisfied with the price I touched and the item but delivery was so long. Don’t expect for fast delivery, it takes at least 3 weeks. The support was polite but not so helpful …

This website is selling fakes. I have ordered a cap which they are selling at usd400 and it turns out to be a fake which can be bought at usd30. Returning the item I s a hassle which I have to pay usd60. They also don’t guarantee that I can get a full refund. Wrote them a review and they have deleted my review without checking with me. Customer service don’t even bother to contact me. Please beware! You have been warned.

I ordered a quite expensive key ring and prepaid it, but more than three weeks have come with no delivery. I wrote them via customer service and chat many times, but was just fed with promises and make-believe replies. Eventually they stopped reacting. There is a little hope still, but the e-shop behaves like a scam and should be avoided.

The pair of shorts I paid for has never been sent out. Emailed penguin.ge multiple times. The responses were slow and discouraging. In one email, they said that they had sent out the package and were waiting for a tracking number. However, after over 1 week of waiting, I received no tracking number nor delivery notification. I emailed them to ask for a refund and I have not received any reply on that at this moment. This website is quite likely a scam. Please avoid it.
