We have worked with Peninsula through a number of complex and challenging employment matters, and the support we have received has been exceptional.
A particular mention must go to Danielle Sullivan, who has been an outstanding source of advice, guidance and practical support throughout. Danielle combines a strong understanding of employment processes with a calm, pragmatic and commercially sensible approach. When situations have been complicated or time-sensitive, she has consistently been available, responsive and focused on helping us find a clear way forward.
What we particularly value is that the support never feels generic. Danielle takes the time to understand the circumstances, works through the detail with us and provides clear advice that can actually be applied in the real world.
Having knowledgeable, dependable people alongside you makes an enormous difference when dealing with difficult employment situations. Danielle and the wider Peninsula team have provided exactly that.

I had a very positive experience with Jeff Tam who assisted me with a redundancy case.
Jeff was extremely helpful, approachable and always to the point. His advice was clear and practical, and I particularly appreciated that everything we discussed was followed up and confirmed by email, so I always had a clear record to refer back to.
Communication throughout was excellent. Whenever I asked him to contact me, he came back to me promptly and was always happy to answer any additional questions or clarify anything I was unsure about.
It was reassuring to have someone knowledgeable and reliable guiding me through the process. I genuinely appreciated his support and would have no hesitation in recommending the service.

Redundancy help for Pa’s
If it wasn’t for all the help Jennifer Kwiatkow gave me on getting me through this mine field of redundancy pay for my daughters PA’S after she passed away, I dread to think what would have happened I was at my wit’s end on the first call with her, she calmed me down and dealt with all the issues I had. Jennifer was a godsend and I will never be able thank her fully, but thanks so much Jennifer for all you have done and all the kind words you have spoken. Jennifer Kwiatkow Is very much an asset to peninsula.

We’re fairly new to Peninsula, but the HR telephone advice team have already more than justified the monthly fee.
Almost everyone we’ve dealt with has been excellent, but I’d single out Chloe Simmons in particular. She’s been consistently on the ball, expert, very commercial and in possession of a great sense of humour to boot.
We’ve had valuable advice from plenty of others too, so thanks also to Danielle, James and Scott.
Highly recommended.

I cannot speak highly enough of Hanaan…
I cannot speak highly enough of Hanaan and the support she provided throughout our audit process. From the very beginning, she was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and approachable, taking the time to answer our questions thoroughly and explain everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand.
Her advice was invaluable and gave us so much more confidence going into the audit. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she was always patient, reassuring and genuinely willing to help. Her expertise really showed, and the guidance she provided made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel straightforward and manageable.
