We have received the tags neatly.
They look beautiful and the texts for both my dogs are beautiful and very clear.
I would order from them again next time and I think Penninghond is recommended for everyone.

No update on my package after 2 weeks. They claim that they cannot truck it and the ask me to be more patient!!! Worst service delivery ever! How is it possible that they cannot even tell me when I should expect my package?!?!

It certainly took longer to arrive than advertised. almost three weeks since shipment email. Frustrating customer service as it felt I was emailing a robot.

While creating my tag, there seemed to be a glitch in the text boxes where I could not introduce a "." (dot) for ".com", so I settled with a ","(comma) ",com"instead.
Ive emailed customer service literally a minute after placing the order to ask for them to correct it but with absolutely no success or will to solve the problem.

Finally, over all, the tag is nice, it looks sturdy and of good quality - the text however, is printed and not engraved. We will see how long the print lasts vs time. Not a waste of money, but not really worth it compared to your local pet store tag engraving.

Took some time before we received the order. Very friendly people from the helpdesk took care of the order and helped us in a professional way.

We had ordered name tags for our dog and after some time they still had not arrived. After contacting the support desk we found out that a wrong address was used, and Penninghond sent us (with no extra cost except for the mailing cost) new name tags. The service they provided was quick, friendly and efficient; and the name tags are excellent!

I waiting for a whole month and still waiting. They mentioned that my order will reach within 5 to 6 working days but I'm still waiting.
