Great customer service, great product. Richard Gwynn was very efficient and answered all my questions within minutes.

Following the installation of a bespoke electric winch for a Chandelier, we approached Penny Engineering for advice regarding the replacement of two hand winches for another two chandeliers. With extremely short notice requirement Penny Engineering was helpful in providing advice on the type of system that could be installed and was able to plan, supply and install both systems within three weeks!! Well done to the entire team that worked extremely hard to ensure that we were able to keep to our own deadline of returning all chandeliers into place

It has been a pleasure commissioning Penny Hydraulics to certify our existing hoists and provide real expertise and advice on their condition.

They took a traditional pragmatic approach as they were awkward to access, nothing seemed too much trouble and this service really shone through.

Had an engineer attend site to resolve an issue. Identified additional unbeknown safety problems and issued a report swiftly. Engineer was friendly and knowledgeable. Would be happy to use them again. Sales had good correspondence.

Had an altercation with one of there drivers who was parked in a disabled parking only for h8m to respond if you want to be more disabled keep going but the cowerd thought he could intimidate someone disabled but when told to come out and do it he started filming me but what he forgets he's the one threating someone who he thought would run away once he realised he made a mistake he filled his nappy the coward

Started to encounter an intermittent fault on our lorry mounted crane. Spoke to Jack who quickly made space in his schedule. The vehicle was off the road for less than an hour whilst the fault was diagnosed and repaired.
