Apauling company
Apauling company, avoid at all costs!
I was fooled by the reviews for this company and thought that they would actually group my existing pensions together and find the ones I have lost track of over the years.
So far it has taken 3 months for them to track one pension down and acknowledge that I have a 2nd with the same company but neither have been transferred over.
Aĺl you get when you ask what is happening is "it's not our fault, the other companies are to blame!". Penny haven't even tracked any of my missing pensions despite me telling them which companies have them.
Absolutely discussed at how this company make claims that they do not even try to keep to. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Much better out there
Very poor interface and customer service. Scrolling through the system is a headache and very poor laid out. Human interaction would help even for a little direction if needed.
