Penny and her Signature Canvas services have been a wonderful addition to our wedding day. Throughout the process Penny has been a pleasure to work with: accessible for discussions and exploring ideas, flexible in making adjustments and considering new ideas, and supportive when we needed guidance. Guests loved the activity on the day, and Penny made it accessible to all, including those who were less confident in their art-making.
We would thoroughly recommend Penny and The Signature Canvas for your wedding. Not only was it an enjoyable, creative, and accessible activity for our guests, but it has also created a timeless keepsake from the day which we greatly cherish.

We organised a Signature Canvas from Penny for our wedding; after discussions about what we wanted on the painting Penny prepared a canvas for our guests to add their own personal touches and then finished the painting off. It really was a talking point both at the wedding and subsequently with guests pointing out what their contribution was!.
The final version now has pride of place in our hall and is a great reminder of a special day.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Penny’s Art in Peterborough, along with a Reiki session with Marc, and it was honestly one of the most uplifting and unique experiences I’ve had.

From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and instantly calming. Penny creates such a relaxed and supportive environment—it’s not about perfection, it’s about enjoying the process and expressing yourself. Her guidance is gentle and encouraging, and she makes you feel confident no matter your level. I was amazed at what I created by the end.

What made the experience even more special was the addition of Reiki with Marc. His presence is incredibly calming, and the session added a whole new level of relaxation and wellbeing. It really complemented the creative side, leaving me feeling grounded, rebalanced, and completely switched off from the outside world.

Together, it felt like more than just an art class—it was a full wellbeing experience, combining creativity and healing in such a natural way.

I left feeling relaxed, inspired, and genuinely uplifted. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone, whether you’re creative or just looking for something a bit different and restorative.

This was our first painting & Prosecco event that the PTA held & what a fabulous event it was!!! Everyone who attended not only helped to raise important funds for the school but most importantly they had SO much fun! The buzz amongst the parents after was brilliant. Everyone had a masterpiece they were proud of all thank to Penny who guided us through each step, so clearly & patiently, whilst giving us (beginners) the confidence to put paint to canvas confidently. We will definitely be asking Penny to host another event for us. Thank you so much Penny. You are extremely talented.

I recently took part in a dual handed painting experience with penny and honestly, it was such a unique and calming activity. Using both hands at the same time felt strange at first, but it quickly became really freeing and almost meditative. It allowed me to switch off from everything else and just be in the moment.

What I loved most was that there’s no right or wrong way to do it – it’s all about expression and letting go. By the end, I felt relaxed, more creative, and quite surprised by what I’d created. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something a bit different, especially if you enjoy art or want a mindful, stress-relieving experience

I attended one of pennys shorter workshops in 2023 and was thrilled and surprised at the painting I did with pennys supervision and I fact in 2025 a friend loved it so much that he put it on the front of his book of poetry!.
I've been longing to make space to experience this Intuative painting with Penny again. I was able to attend Pennys day workshop recently at Molecey Mill, Peterborough and this time the painting workshop was with a Reiki master called Marc and with Penny. It was a profound healing experience for me and I came away with three paintings that were again a complete surprise and a delight to do. The group was supportive and fun . Marc was a constant healing presence and Penny weaved amongst us noticing everything with everyone, gently guiding, encouraging and prompting . It has deeply moved me to aim to paint as part of my life activities again in a playful way and as a deeper practice of connecting and honouring my being.

The day spent with Penny and Marc at the wonderful Molecey Mill was truly memorable and totally absorbing for the whole nearly 9 hours we were there. Penny was talented, patient and warm and even after doing the two handed technique (which I am now going to use for all my backgrounds) we all left with 3 lovely paintings guided by her inspirational techniques. I really enjoyed a relaxing reiki session with gentle Marc too. The setting, food and general atmosphere of Molecey Mill really added to the beauty and of the day. I am already looking forward to more sessions. Thankyou Penny,Marc and little Glen from Molecey who took us on a tour and made sure we were well looked after.

Had a lovely evening painting Flamongos at the Wyvern with my daughters was lovely to hear them enjoying themselves and laughing so much. No pressure it was just pure enjoyment.

So much fun! And although I was worried that I had no artistic talent, I was so surprised and pleased with what I produced with Penney's help.

We would highly recommend the signature canvas- all of our guests had so much fun doing their part of it and commented on how unique it was. Penny and her husband were so friendly and chatty with our guests and made sure everyone got involved. Having the finished canvas on our wall in our living room is a beautiful daily reminder of our amazing day. It’s been great having friends and family try to spot their contribution. Honestly could not recommend Penny enough! The whole experience was amazing. From the design of the canvas, to the guests painting on the wedding day, to the finished product it was amazing.

I hired The Signature Canvas as a surprise for my wife at our wedding Saturday just gone, and it was hands down the best surprise of the day! She was absolutely thrilled, and our guests were equally captivated by the unique and creative experience that Penny provided.

If you’re looking for something truly special to add to your wedding that provides a lasting memory, I cannot recommend The Signature Canvas enough. I asked Penny to create a canvas of the Alaskan Mountain range where we got engaged and for the guests to all paint trees. Looking forward to seeing the finished picture, but it was looking amazing !!

The Signature Canvas was a late add on to our wedding after I saw Penny at a friend’s wedding. I hadn’t seen anything like what Penny does before and instantly knew I wanted to have Penny at our wedding too – it ended up being one of the best things we did! The guests all loved adding their ‘touch’ to our masterpiece and the finished product is something we treasure.

Penny is organised, has great communication and will be as flexible as possible to ensure your canvas is in the style you desire, whilst giving her professional input too. It’s clear to see that this is a big passion for Penny and it’s reflected in the work and finished product!

The Signature Canvas is not a ‘cheap’ wedding add on but you get in life what you pay for. And in this case what you get is a lifetime keepsake and a completely original piece of art to hang in your home – which when you think of it like that, makes it priceless! Worth every penny! X

One of the best decisions we made was to include Penny/The Signature Canvas as part of our wedding day. Our guests loved making their unique contribution, and praised Penny for her kindness and enthusiasm. We also appreciated Penny taking the time to get to know us as a couple prior to our wedding, to help her personalise the creation of the canvas for us. We cannot express how much we love our finished artwork – a beautiful memory of our wedding day created by our loved ones (+ obviously perfected by Penny!).

A beautiful way to capture our day.

Penny created our signature canvas for our wedding in March 2025. We had a consultation with Penny where we discussed the colours and theme of our canvas, she then assisted our guests to make their own mark and create a beautiful canvas that is now hanging up in our living room. Since our wedding, many guests have commented on how much they loved this unique idea and have thoroughly enjoyed pointing out their contribution. Thank you so much Penny, it is a gift we will treasure for a lifetime.

This was my first experience painting dual handed and at first I was a little apprehensive but didn’t need to be at all ! Pen is an amazing facilitator and artist and the day was magical. Such a lovely setting and I am just taken back with how she managed to guide me into being able to take home a piece of art work I never thought possible !! My only complaint is I want more dates to come back !!!

Had a fabulous day with Penny. Very refreshingly different from what I have tried before. Learnt a lot of different techniques and methods. Would thoroughly recommend this and would go again.

My Mum and I thoroughly enjoy going to Penny’s workshops. Penny is amazing and so talented. She is patient and kind, making sure everyone is ok with the pace. We have been to a couple and are looking forward to attending more from February.
