We Just turned up out of the blue on the evening of 22/4/26 ,with my sons bike after having clutch problems in Penrith.
Barry said he would take a quick look to see what he could do.
Turns out it wasn't a quick fix but Barry and the guys managed to get it done even though it was home time.
Then proceed to lower the gear pedal ,adjust the throtle and tighten the chain. Service was amazing nothing was too much trouble and all carried out with good crack and a smile, couldn't recommend them more fantastic service.

I have been using Penrith Motorcycles for 22 years and all but 2 of the 10 bikes I have owned have come from here. Barry and his team take proper care of you as a customer, and if they have a bike in the showroom, you can be in no doubt that if it is prepped for the showroom, it is absolutely ready to use. Efficient and thorough, and always fairly priced, I wish I could give 6 stars.

Popped by whilst on a mini break up the Lake District, ended up leaving with an immaculate CBR500R which I had my eye on for a little while & don’t regret it one bit. Sales process was nice and not pushy at all, they let me look at the bike at my own pace as I’ve not owned one for a few years. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks again guys!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Penrith motorcycles have been first class. My NT1100 failed to start and I could not find any worthwhile help or support.
The guys at the store were excellent told me it was most likely the battery. I tried to get one on line but the internet searches came up with no one who could help in the time I had.
I rang them back and they delivered for a charge to my house which is 5 miles away the correct battery.
I installed it and all worked.
What they didn’t know is they saved the sale of my bike!
First Class service! Internet is a poor comparison!

I saw a bike advertised on ebay by Penrith Motorcycles. When I phoned them they were very pleasant and informative about the bike I was interested in so I paid for it then and they delivered it to me near York. The bike was even better than the ebay pictures! Just as Tony described on the phone.
John who brought the bike arrived exactly when said, he was very friendly and a wealth of tips & advice for my new hobby. I am more than pleased with the bike, it exceeds all expectations. I would not hesitate in recommending Penrith Motorcycles to anyone.

I would like to say , I’ve bought a few motorcycles from different bike shops, however I have never had a better experience than buying from Penrith motorcycles,no nonsense hard sell , when they do something they do perfectly, i ordered my bike on the phone, got walk around video and was delighted with the bike , but truth be told the bike looked better in the flesh than the video, a big shout out to Tony and Barry who I dealt with , I live in Scotland and can’t find a motorcycle shop with this much care and attention, if you are looking to buy your next bike, or your first one , genuinely, check Penrith motorcycles online 5 stars all day long ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Took my bike in for an MOT and it failed. They let me watch as the made the repairs so that I knew how long it would take and if it was going to be complicated. All done in 1/2 an hour and the guy really knew his stuff. I was impressed and would recommend to anyone.

Found Barry and Penrith Motorcycles easy to deal with, no pressure or sales talk. Bikes are presented in excellent condition. Good and fair prices on bikes for sale and on part exchanges. Will be back when the time is right!

first time I have dealt with these guys & would not hesitate to use again .Completely hassle free ,easy to deal with .I travelled 80 mile to view this bike well worth they kept the bike till I could return & collect it rode it back home & it rode perfect cracking bike ,great service would recommend to Anyone .Many thanks.Andy.
