Positives first, the mugs are lovely, nice weight and shape. Good colour contrast between outside and inside of the mug. Have run one through dishwasher a few times and still in perfect condition. Ordering process was easy and delivery time was good, no damaged mugs well packaged. Sadly 5 mugs 10% had smudged print - looks like they were packed into plastic bags when wet. The complaint process is not smooth, nowhere to load pictures so first response requests pictures. I have had two more responses promising a 10% discount, which I am happy with once the refund arrives. I would order again
