I ordered 250 pens which arrive in good time and I was initially pleased with our purchase, this is important to us because we are a charity and this is one of the very few means we have to promote the charity. I kept six pens for myself and passed the remainder on to the convener who has reported back to me that there are a few pens where the capital D of the first word is missing. Unfortunately, on one of the pens that I kept for myself the clip part of the pen snapped off under very little pressure. Consequently, my initial pleasure with the order is now not so positive and I am somewhat disappointed in the product.
