This is the third time I have been asked . The product is good the print is absolutely rubbish. I have been through three customer care people all not knowing what each other are doing. They treat you like Idiots and offer a 25 percent refund. I just want the mugs with a logo you can see. They don’t even show an example this small on a mug . P - Pathetic Quality - Pathetic service E - Empty words of apologies N - No idea how to deal the Chinese tosh is crap S - Sod all service
