Pens were alright, but they got my order wrong. Ordered pens with black ink, they sent blue, got on to customer services and after sending a video of the pens writing in blue ink was told they would send a replacement order. This was on the 26th November, still no replacement pens and now not replying to my emails. I wont be using this lot again.

Brilliant deal and pen is lovely. Issue was that out of 400 pens at least 300 of them I had to tighten the bottom. If you are given straight out you need to check them first as some had come off altogether.

Lovely pens and good to buy when on offer. Only issue is I had to tighten nearly half of them as the bottom was either loose or had come off.

We have bought these and will be handing them out to Customers as Christmas Favours. We recently received a trial pack of pens in the post and were really impressed from the start. The printing on the Pens was neat and professional, and the pens themselves look and feel high-quality. They write smoothly with no blotting and the "bobble" on the top for using on your phone or calculater is an added bonus.

very well priced for the quality of pen you receive, I find them very comfortable to hold in the hand / fingers and writes well when used free flowing with a continuous flow of ink.
