The pens themselves were fine. Our issue is customer service and delivery issues. The pens were delayed twice and although we allowed double the delivery time, they still did not arrive on time for our event. We were assured they would arrive and that we'd be kept informed. They did not and we were not! Therefore, I cannot recommend pens.com
