Prompt and efficient service. The pens on the whole are perfect, just that a couple had come apart, and when I put them back together, one didn't work. They write well and look substantial.

Everyone who has bought one of your pens over the years, has said how comfortable they are to hold, and how well they write. We received them in time for our Autumn Fair recently and sold 25 on the first day at £2.00 each.

We received the pens promptly and the few I tried wrote easily. Our only query is with the ink colour, which is Black when we expected Blue which we seem sure we ordered, but we will be happy enough to use black ink instead of blue. The pens look good and the message is fine.

Service was excellent, delivery prompt and efficient. The recipient - my aunt, who teaches singing - was absolutely delighted. The design is smart, clean and efficient, although perhaps slightly utilitarian, as compared to the super-snazzy Soft Touch Hughes Gel Pen w Rose Gold Trim, a sample of which came a couple of days ago. The personalised pen is an excellent "ambassador" for a professional person to impart contact details as an alternative to a business card.
