Great product at a realistic price. Sadly the delivery firm messed up - twice delaying the delivery date till the pens were delivered AFTER the event for which they were intended (a charity golf day). This despite a request for them to be on time after the first change of delivery date. This meant we had the expense of sending pens out to 100 participants a few days after the event.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to face multiple delays and ultimately receive the items after the event, despite your efforts to ensure timely delivery.
While this situation was caused by the courier, we fully recognise the impact it had on your experience and the additional inconvenience and cost of distributing the pens afterwards. Please accept our sincere apologies for this.
