Product is great, but using UPS for delivery by your company is not the best after paying £16.99 for delivery, i had to walk to an area outside where I live to collect my order as they lied about attempted delivery. I am not happy about this service. As an update to the above review about delivery service by UPS, I have been contacted by national pen for a refund of £16.99 which was what I paid for delivery for my order and this has resolved the delivery issue which is the only issue. The quality of item was great and made perfect to order.

The torches are great and very popular. Unfortunately the packing was not great and the torches had switched themselves on during transit. They are still ok but battery life will be shorter.
