I was browsing the pens.com website to…
I was browsing the pens.com website to preview how my logo would look on products and to compare prices. I did not place an order or authorise any payment.
Despite this, I received 9 boxes of parcels and was told I must pay £550. This was completely unexpected and unacceptable.
I am now left with goods I don’t need. I have made the payment as don’t like challenging.
This experience has put me off this company entirely. Sending goods that were not ordered and demanding payment is not an honest way to do business. I am sharing this to warn others to be cautious.

Don't take the times on the product at face value
The items arrived and are good quality but the times indicated on the website are wrong. The bags said it will ship in 2 business days but took closer to 2 weeks from order to arrival.

I placed an order for Aztec cups on the…
I placed an order for Aztec cups on the 18/11/25 and was quoted 3 days for delivery but over two weeks later and they still haven't been received. I had to cancel the order (still awaiting confirmation of this despite being advised this would be received on the day) as I was advised they would be received by the 12/11/25 which was too late. I appreciate delays happen but the frustrating part was the poor communication.

Low standard - get a sample before ordering
I ordered some note books on line and they took a while to come and then were of a very low standard when i received them. I would strongly recommend you ask for a sample before you order. What i got was not worth the money. Will not be using them again.
