Well, I ordered back in September and after 3 weeks I chased up and the order hadn't been processed despite taking the money. I asked for it to be cancelled and refunded as it was too late for the event where I wanted to give them out. After giving proof of payment I didn't hear anything. Last week the order (150 personalised pens) finally turned up, only 4 months late for the event. So I have the order I paid for 4 months ago, and they are lovely pens, but don't expect stuff in a hurry. So 5 stars for the product, nothing for customer service.

Small items with simple logo (like pen or key ring) are OK, there were no issues, delivered quickly and as described. However, wall calendars with more complex design is a total disaster. Communication is unbelievably slow, it can takes days to weeks to exchange two emails, the customer care team does not understand product specification (or the website description of the product is misleading) in general unfortunately bad experience

Still waiting for UPS to deal with the delivery. They have not tried to deliver to us yet, even though a delivery date was agreed. The parcel has been dumped somewhere and we are waiting for them to retrieve it and deliver to us. Your customer services were meant to be dealing with UPS, but no one has bothered to get back to me. As for the pens....who knows if I will ever see them.

As the live chat was easy to use, I've just placed an order today while still waiting for the customer service team to come back to me for a supplier form. However, I have not been able to get hold of the live chat again and I'm still waiting for the completed form! Also, it looks like you can't hold your order at all as they will be produced automatically after 72 days. Hope I'll hear from their CS soon with the form... More than happy to change the review if I do actually hear from them.
update: I heard from them. the product colour is off when I got the actual product. however, they offered a refund so at least I can get some compensation. I'd suggest you check the colour with them with cmyk or hex code just to make sure. Also, no joy in getting them fill a supplier form.

the parcel was supposed to be delivered but not to me and I looked into the case further and it was delivered to a local post office which is not my address if I didn't have a vehicle you could not get to this collection point to collect the parcel so I want compensation for having to do this on this occasion what's the point of having a parcel to be delivered to your house not to a post office location 5 miles away

I will never deal with this company again, and this is why you shouldn't either... TDLR: Over a month and no refunds being issued for items they didn't have in stock, and another item that they sent in the wrong colour.
I placed an order for five different items in November.
Issue 1:
After 5 days they informed me that one item was out of stock, it was then too late for me to find an alternative before our event. Over one month on, I've still had no refund for this.
Issue 2:
One line on the order was an umbrella. We selected the dark blue / navy colour based on the images online, and approved the proof email based on it being the right colour for our needs. What arrived was a very bright, light blue. I provided photo's of the items that arrived, and the original proof I approved. One month later, they have finally replied to say that they will not be issuing a refund.
The variety and ease of use of the website is great, but the customer service and support of this company is the worst I've ever experienced.
I now need to file a chargeback request with my card company to retrieve the money that they are not returning to me.
Update - 6th Feb.
I was contacted a few days after this review was left, and a refund was initiated and received on the 20th January.
