I ordered these as promotional give aways for trade shows. The online design feature was easy to use. The process to order was simple and the product shipped promptly...and the price was very reasonable. I am so satisfied with the product that I am ordering some as mementos to commemorate our 50th High School Class Reunion.

This mug is worth every dollar spent. The men of the church responded, finally, something I can use every day. Now the ladies are asking for a coffee mug.

The approved design did not match the finished product. In fact, I was told I couldn't get the approved design at all! They simply could not deliver what they promised.
