For the first time I order by mistake, the bag are nice but not for my business, I have to throw them away, I'm a preparer Taxes I use lot of paper and with this kind of bag is not good

The bags are very nice quality, colors as shown, very nice. There is no option to rush ship, and emails asking such aren’t addressed. I believe it is 3 days processing time once proofs are approved, and mine were approved immediately, but it took 3 weeks to receive the order. Plan early to get them and you will be fine. They are very nice bags. Customer service did refund me 50% because it took so long.

I had never responded to confirmation of order and it got shipped anyway and letters were too close. The representative I spoke to on yesterday was very nice. I would suggest before sending to production wait for approval from person that orders
