Order shorted cups AND included broken cups. ZERO customer service. Doesnt matter is cup looks good if you have to waste your time dealing with the company.

We love the mugs. The logo, size, and style were just what we were looking for. But upon closer inspection, 15 of the 72 mugs had chipped rims. A format complaint with pictures and a request to have the 15 mugs replaced was submitted. No updates yet.

Still waiting for resolution on 17 (of 72) mugs which received with chips on upper rim. Both email and chat responses "still waiting on a resolution from the respective department."
