I was nervous ordering this cup because I didn’t have a full understanding on lid and material. This cup is really nice. Great twist on lid with gasket and very durable thick material. Customers are shocked with how great the material is.

The "midnight" blue color is not at all what you expect from the product photo and the color name. It's closer to a royal blue. I did ask for a sample before ordering but I was told that they could not send specific colors, only what was on hand. I received a white cup. The cup quality in itself is great. The printing on the other hand was not like we approved on the proof: our logo was centered in height when we asked for it to be located high on the cup and received the correct proof. Their customer service is long to answer, it's time-consuming and they are only offering a partial redo. Not sure I will order again from pens.com after this experience.

I did not get the product that I ordered. I ordered full color logo and got smudged black and white stamped cups. Attached are cups and the logo that should’ve been on the cups. I am extremely unsatisfied and currently working with customer service for a resolution

It looked exactly as it was supposed to when it arrived. After one wash in the dishwasher. All of the lettering is red all over the cups and I am using this as a promotion so that venues and anyone else I give a cup to have my phone number and the company name if that washes off after the first wash this is kind of useless to me. The actual cups are quality though.
