We have received and given out many mugs already however I have noticed that some have had defects in the finish. It does not affect the function but is not the quality I would desire. I have included a pic of the “pimple” type bumps I have noticed on some I have given out. I would be interested in hearing your response/possible replacement of some. I have seen about 8 like this.

It is beautiful, but the letters are already smeared on the cup I have been using everyday. One was broken in box on arrival

Product was nice and sturdy. they came on time. only issue I had was a few that came broke and still waiting on a response on that.
