I am giving this review reluctantly because I thought the error in my order was going to be resolved and has been almost 3 weeks and I have been on the phone with multiple care representatives and everyone of them have agreed that my artwork was done incorrectly but apparently you are waiting for a supplier to make the final outcome. I ordered this product to supply a small sponsorship for our business and talking to your representatives back in late January early February I was assured it was going to be resolved. It still has not. I have been very reasonable about this and I would like to continue to do business with you and make larger orders in the future so I hope I hear back from your team.
