we have ordered from this company for years. The font was too large on the last order we placed. This has never happened before. Your company was not able to replace the 1000 pens we were unable to use. We will shop elsewhere in the future since we are in need of pens to replace the last order. Because it was your error I would think your company would have taken the responsibility of replacing the last order.

Ink on it could of been black or dark blue...hard to read in light gray..but will work...

Invisible ink! We can't get most of them to write even with a lot scribbling. Worst pens ever!

It writes fairly well for a generic looking pen. But it looks like the printing was done in Maroon instead of black. Black would've looked better. THe value wasn't that great after you added the set up charge, tax and shipping. I hope the set-charge is a one time charge.

Using these as a wedding favor. Love them and great value! :) The team was also great to work with when editing a custom logo we added. Very helpful and they turned out amazing.
