Love it - nice keepsake for our students and college
I love the product itself. The problem is that the extra charges, should be included in the price itself. Lots of extra fees, I understand shipping can vary but the logo extra $40, then the setup charge, and then shipping adds up. Once a product can be customized - price per unit should be estimated with all the extra fees for customization. I love them but not sure if I will reorder.

Wanted to get a mix of colors. Would be great if the price points applied to a mix of colors instead of 1 color only.

It is fine for the purpose for which I purchased it. The pen works well, but the pages in the notebook are a bit stiff at the binding. Also, the charges for set up and shipping are excessive.

We do offer discount on these from time to time.
The books and pens are great. We set them out as gifts for our members and they were quickly accepted. Some of the books had grey marks on the covers--likely caused by packaging but I'm not sure. Even so, those were claimed and we are happy with the quality and customer service.

These are lovely, the texture is nice and the appearance is warm and friendly. The paper seems pretty good quality so far, nice to write on. I would buy them again. Though at $4.00 a piece (all in), I will be careful as to how I pass them out to clients. My business is too small to be too generous. But if I did have a much larger business I would buy a higher quantity which would obviously bring down the per item cost. PH
