Increase letter characters available on pen. I need more space for my famous movie lines. Make letters bold and contrast color of pen so it is easy to read. Very happy with product and easy to do business with your company.

We are a larger church that holds an annual candlelight service on Christmas Eve of around 3000 people. We love our young families with little kiddos, so we supply the kids with your pen lights instead of flame. This way, they get to shine their little lights as well as take them home as a keepsake with purpose!

Bad service, poor communication. I didn’t like the printing on the pens — it’s not even readable. If the pen is yellow, how could you engrave it in white? It should have been done in a dark color, like blue or black. You should have suggested that to me, especially since it was my first time requesting this service.
