Bad service, poor communication. I didn’t like the printing on the pens — it’s not even readable. If the pen is yellow, how could you engrave it in white? It should have been done in a dark color, like blue or black. You should have suggested that to me, especially since it was my first time requesting this service.

My clients love the pen, especially the flashlight. I use it as an opener to tell my clients I am shining the light on the subject matter we will discuss and it elicits positive responses each time. My only quibble is that the writing wears off a little too easily. Even after the ink has been used in the pen, I would like for them to place it in a drawer to find my number, even after many years.
