The pens write so smoothly ! There were a few that didn't have embossing on them, but a superior writing pen none the less !

Staff and customers like this pen. The only downside I have they do not stay in my shirt pockets. Personally, I prefer to carry a Gel writer in my pocket but having issues getting refills that last. I believe the online refills are old so the ink dries up.

My first batch was great. In this last order only about half of the pens write smoothly. They must be very old. You have to scribble on blank paper for awhile before any ink will come out. Very disappointing. I was giving these out to patients to fill out forms. The patients really like my orange pens and kept them for a long time. With this blue set of pens, patients fill out the forms and through the pen away.

I am extremely disappointed and hope that something can be done. I always ordered metal framed pens. Please look at all my years of ordering. I may not be a huge customer but I have been a very loyal one. I can not possibly give this pen to clients. It looks and feels very cheap in comparison to some of my others. Unless you are willing to credit me or work out a return, I can no longer order from Pens.Com.
